What team size works best?

Most workshops work best with 4-12 people. Small enough for hands-on participation, large enough for diverse perspectives. Larger groups can work with adjusted formats.

Remote or in-person?

Both work well. Remote workshops use screen sharing and collaborative tools. In-person adds energy but isn't required. The Whole Team Context Engineering workshop works especially well in-person for the first time.

How much does it cost?

Can workshops be combined?
